Do Not Call List is not protecting seniors as it should

When will the Do Not Call List actually be enforced by the government?

Both landline and cell phone numbers for my grandmother have been on the national Do Not Call registry since January 28, 2021.

She continues to receive up to 20 phone calls a day between the two phone numbers trying to get her Medicare changed. These agents don’t fully explain that they are attempting to change her Medicare.

With the growing Medicare population due to baby boomers becoming eligible for Medicare, and with the 5.8 million people in the US having dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease, this issue cannot be isolated to my grandmother.
